BKB – The Basel Cantonal Bank
Basel Cantonal Bank has been a reliable partner to the Basel region for over 120 years and is firmly rooted in the local community. With around 900 employees, it is committed to the economic, environmental and social development of the region. Its mission is characterised by sustainability, innovation and the aim of actively promoting quality of life in Basel.
Since January 2025, BKB has been supporting Pro Senectute in both Basel cantons as a sponsor. Together, the two institutions are pursuing a shared vision: to make north-western Switzerland fit for the future and prepare it for the opportunities and challenges posed by an ageing population.
This renewed partnership got off to a flying start with a real highlight: the spectacular ESC Disco 60+ in the run-up to the Eurovision Song Contest.
