This message means that the email address you have entered is not on file with Pro Senectute of both Basel cantons or has not yet been registered for the portal. Please check that you have entered the correct email address. If you have not yet registered an email address with us, click on ‘You can register here’. You will then receive an activation code by post. If you are unsure which email address we have on file, please contact us at info@bb.prosenectute.ch. We will be happy to help.

Your email address will be used solely for communications relating to our services. For example, it is required to use the customer portal or to register for courses and events. We will, of course, treat your data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

If your email address is already on file with Pro Senectute beider Basel, please enter it on the login page. You will then receive a confirmation code by email. Enter this code and you will be able to use the portal straight away. If you do not yet have an email address registered with us, click on ‘Register here’. We will then send you an activation code by post. You can use this to activate your account.

On the portal, you can access your invoices and donation receipts at any time and download them with ease. If you use the Pro Senectute gym in Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, you can also book your training sessions online yourself.

You can log in using the email address on file with Pro Senectute beider Basel. If you can’t remember which email address is registered, we’ll be happy to help. Simply email us at info@bb.prosenectute.ch.

The portal is personalised, and each person needs their own account. This ensures that your personal data remains protected. Bookings for the gym can also only be made for the person who is logged in at the time. It is not possible to make a booking for a second person.
